At 45, I wear many hats—mother, writer, host, actor, producer, coach, entrepreneur, and event planner—but at my core, I am a passionate storyteller and creative who thrives on connection, empowerment, and inspiration.

My journey is deeply personal yet universally relatable. As a proud mother to an extraordinary teenager and a fur baby who brings joy to my every day, I know the power of love, resilience, and transformation. These truths shape everything I create, from my performances to the businesses I lead.
